There a number of ways you can be directly involved in the ministry of Partners with Haiti.

Bethany Project - Sponsor a Haitian child, giving him/her the first and perhaps only opportunity to receive an education. Send notes to your child. Visit your child in Haiti. Find out more .

Short-Term Work Teams - You can be on the ground working alongside Haitians on various projects and ministries . Probably the best way to really learn about Haiti is to visit, meet the people and see their churches, schools and homes. Teams are organized and led by local churches and PWH hosts. They provide a variety of ministries according to the needs of Haiti and the gifts & talents of those involved. Also we can arrange vision trips to see some of our ministries firsthand. Please contact our Work Teams Coordinator.

Siloe School and Church Building

In December of 2019 the Director of Siloe School met with parents to discuss opening, and feeding funds were generously provided through donors, enough to buy some bags of rice, beans, and bottles of cooking oil, and meals were prepared.

Thank you for your financial and prayer support, and may God bless you!

On March 9, 2020 the first roof was built on the Siloe Church building. We praise the Lord. We thank Turbocam and FCC Kingston for the great contribution. May God bless!

Siloe School opened in 2009 with 9 students. Pastor Renes Deciere had purchased a house in the Siloe neighborhood and opened the school. Shortly after a vacant lot next to the school became available and Renes raised enough money to purchase that lot as well. Al Perkins, Board Member of Partners with Haiti, began to partner with Renes about 2011 to raise support for the operation of the school and bring work teams to help with building projects at the school. The school is now at about 80 students preschool thru 6th grade.

Renes and Al began to talk about a church meeting at the school on the weekend. Three years ago this October the church gathered and Renes assigned a protege Pastor Immanuel and his wife to lead the church. The church has grown to about 60 people now and has outgrown the largest classroom. In 2017 our work team began the work on the foundation of a church building on the vacant lot next to the school. This year we poured the floor and began to construct the walls. The building is about 30 x 60 feet and has structure to support a balcony in the future. Current plans are to put a steel roof over the 1st floor and allow the church to grown until the second floor balcony is needed.

Sister Churches - Your church can associate with a Haitian congregation to help provide encouragement and support. Find out more.

General Donations - General donations from churches and individuals make a big difference toward keeping Partners with Haiti up and running. Memorial donations are gratefully accepted, designated or undesignated.
